Happy Weds – I hope you are doing well. I am still talking to a lot of clients that think we are in a housing bubble. It is natural to want to compare our current market to the 2008 bubble, but it is not an apples-to-apples comparison when you look at the data. The main reasons are there is still an inventory issue, credit requirements to get a home are different, and there will be less foreclosures this time around. Long story short, don’t let the news scare you into not buying. I know it is not the right time for everyone but understand the data before you make your decision.
