Down Payment Assistance Program – FHA loan, no income limits, forgivable and repayable soft second mortgage.
Renovation Loans – Conventional and FHA, Purchase and Refinance.
Buy before you sell program – remove your contingency, don’t count current home in debt to income, 0% bridge loan.
Also, I need a favor. I have heard approximately 40% of loan officers will leave the industry by the end of year. I hate to hear this and am currently looking to hire 2 more loan officers.
